Can I rent accommodation in Milan for one month?
Our minimum stay starts at one month. Check the minimum stay and available dates on your chosen listing before submitting a request. For an exchange semester, internship or work assignment, send us your arrival and departure dates.
What is included in the monthly price?
The headline price shown is base rent. Utilities add 30% to base rent. For example, €500 base rent means €650 per month for rent and utilities. The separate mandatory service fee is €75 for each month of stay: pay monthly or pay the full stay fee upfront. Six months means €450 service fee in either option. The deposit is quoted separately before booking.

Can I arrange my accommodation before arriving in Milan?
You can browse accommodation online and submit a booking request with your dates before arriving. Our team checks the request and availability. After approval, you receive a secure deposit payment link via Stripe. Sending a request alone does not confirm a booking.
What if the accommodation does not match its description?
Your deposit is refunded if the accommodation does not match its description. For cancellation deadlines and other refund conditions, read our Terms and Conditions before booking.
