Refund policy

If you cancel your booking within 35 days of your scheduled arrival, you are entitled to a full refund of your deposit. For those checking out, the deposit will be refunded within 7 days after we inspect the room, as long as no major damage is found. In cases where the room differs significantly from the description provided on our website, you will also receive a full refund.
